Resignation of a Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MONTREAL, QUEBEC, February 17, 2015 &#8211; Dundee Sustainable Technologies (\u201cDST\u201d or the \u201cCorporation\u201d) (CSE: DST), announces the resignation of Dr. Jean-Marc Lalancette, a cofounder of the Corporation, as director and officer of the Corporation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Lalancette is retiring after a successful career not only in academia at the University of Sherbrooke but as well in the industrial world where many technologies which he developed are still current and in use today. The Board and Management express their appreciation to Dr. Lalancette for his most valuable contribution to the development of the Corporation and wish him well in his retirement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Lalancette was key in the development of the Corporation\u2019s sustainable technologies, namely the hydrometallurgical processes for the extraction of base and precious metals.
